All three men have never played for the representative side with Jennings expected to now retire from professional rugby in the famous black and white hooped jersey.
Gopperth, who leaves Leinster at the end of the season to join Wasps will be joined by Zane Kirchner in the back line for the games.
The Barbarians will be coached by former Australian coach Robbie Deans, who has been linked with the Leinster job in the past 24 hours.
Ireland play the invitational side in Limerick next Thursday, before they face an England XV in Twickenham on May 31st.
