With the Irish team in the middle of World Cup preparations in Carton House, you would hope that the team are keeping themselves entertained for a journey that may last until the end of October.
We have all heard stories of teams in all sports struggling to adapt to tournament life, most notably the England footballers during the 2010 World Cup but that does not seem to be an issue for Joe Schmidt's team if Rob Kearney's video is to be believed.
The Leinster full back posted a video to his Instagram account last night simply titled #camplife which show him and some team mates including Paddy Jackson, Jared Payne and Gordon D'Arcy take part in the "headers into a bin" challenge.
Kearney himself had the crucial header in the bin, that brought wild scenes throughout the participants. From watching the video, the mood in the camp seems very strong ahead of this weekend's game against Scotland.
Hopefully the team will have more to cheer about come October.
