Munster coach Anthony Foley says the bonus point they collected at Clermont Auvregne may yet be critical in their pursuit of qualification from European Champions Cup Pool 1.
The Reds went down 26-19 at the Stade Marcel Michelin yesterday with a late rally earning them a point form the match.
They are now third in the group, four points behind the French side and three behind Saracens.
Foley told Limerick’s Live 95Fm they kept their heads after the hosts went 17 points ahead and that there may yet be a silver lining in defeat.
That interview was part of the European rugby reaction on the Monday Rewind podcast. Other interviews include Tommy O'Donnell, Conor O'Shea, Jamie Heaslip, Pat Lam.
