Luke Fitzgerald starts at outside centre for Leinster in their clash with Harlequins tomorrow evening at the Aviva while Dominic Ryan, Kane Douglas, Isaac Boss and Zane Kirchner all come into the side.
As a result of Fitzgerald switching to the centre, Darragh Fanning swaps wings and will start on the left wing with Kirchner starting on the right.
Douglas plays with Devin Toner in the second row while in the back row, Dominic Ryan has shaken off his quad injury to take his place at openside flanker.
There had been a doubt over Quins Prop Joe Marler but he has been named to start despite carrying an injury.
