The term "brand" is one that is of major importance in the world of marketing.
In sport, it also increasingly crops up on the corporate side when the actions of clubs off the pitch are spoken about.
However, in rugby it also crops up on the pitch itself, where the phrase "brand of rugby" is used in place of "style of play" or similar words.
Certainly in soccer, GAA and other team sports, you won't hear "brand" being used while describing on-field approaches and tactics. Rugby, however, is different.
Take this quote from England full-back Mike Brown ahead of the 2014-15 Aviva Premiership season when the Harlequins man emphasised that "we need to stick to our brand of rugby".
It is used on these shores too, particularly in relation to Leinster in recent years when the style of play under previous head coach Matt O'Connor was under scrutiny.
Indeed, new head coach Leo Cullen recently stated that Leinster "want to play an attractive brand of rugby" during his tenure.
Rugby AM columnist Mike Andrews also used the term in a scathing article critical of the World Cup and Rugby Union, saying: "The fact that they have called it the 'Rugby' World Cup instead of the Rugby Union World Cup just goes to show that the humans in the southern part of the country have nothing but pig-ignorance towards a much more entertaining brand of Rugby."
So, if you're in the pub watching the games or just in the comfort of your own living room and want to described the styles of rugby you're witnessing at the World Cup, feel free to add "brand of rugby" to your vocabulary.
