We're at an important juncture in the rugby season. The November Internationals have come to a close, while the Rugby Champions Cup pool stages will pick up the baton again.
Eddie O'Sullivan and Bernard Jackman joined us on the line to look both forwards and backwards.
The lads looked ahead to Rugby Champions Cup clashes for Munster at home to Clermont, Leinster at Harlequins and Ulster at home to Scarlets.
Bernard also gave his take on an out-of-form South Africa and England's lack of creativity behind the scrum ahead of the World Cup, while Eddie focused on an "out-of-sorts" New Zealand and an Australia side that are a "work in progress".
But they also questioned whether four tests in November is too much of a strain for players.
Bernard also talked about Grenoble's recent win over Toulouse and the progression he wants to make with the club he leads as head coach.
