BBC Sport have apologised for referring to Wales and Scarlets lock Jake Ball as 'Jake Ballsack' on a teamsheet released before last week's game against Australia.
Ball's team mate Jamie Robert's found the error and notified the BBC via Twitter:

According to Wales Online, the name was shortly corrected and a spokesperson for the broadcaster made the obligatory apology:
"We are investigating how this error occurred and the piece was amended as soon as it was spotted. We apologise for any offence that may have been caused."
