Shane Byrne reckons Leinster head coach Matt O'Connor may have worked a 'masterclass' for bringing his side into flying form at the business end of the season.
The former Lion joined Off The Ball's Adrian Barry to review the weekend's sport on Newstalk's Breakfast this morning, and said he was very impressed with the Blues against Castres.
"You were kind of almost seeing classic Leinster, what we have been used to seeing over the last few years that has been absolutely non-existent this season," Byrne told Ivan Yates on Breakfast.
"If Matt O'Connor has managed to engineer the fact that they're coming into form right at this part of the season, we'll all think it's been a masterclass."

On the other hand, Byrne rued a "terrible" defeat for Munster at Saracens. "Even the great Paul O'Connell, his handling let him down," said the former Ireland hooker.
The review of the weekend's sport - a new slot on Breakfast which began today - started with a discussion about Conor McGregor's fight this morning, the rugby discussion is from 7:57 to 12:43, before the closing with a chat about the weekend's soccer.
