Felix Jones says nobody in the Munster set-up will begrudge JJ Hanrahan his move to Northampton Saints.
The fly-half caused considerable surprise and disappointment within Irish rugby yesterday with the announcement of his transfer to the English Premiership club next summer.
But full-back Jones insists his 22-year-old team-mate has to look out for himself, and that there will be no animosity shown towards him for leaving the province.
“It must have been a very tough decision for him,” Jones told Limerick's Live 95FM at the launch of Lifestyle's Munster Zone in their William Street store.
“Nobody in Munster would begrude for going ... JJ’s gotta do what’s right for JJ.”
