Rugby World Cup warm up games can be exciting but nervous affairs.
Players will want to impress their coaches ahead of the squad announcement but will also want to do all they can to make sure they dont get injured. One player who did not get the memo was Russia's Alexei Shcherban.
Footage has recently emerged from a test match last month between Namibia and Russia in Windhoek as the African side continued their preparations for this Autumn's World Cup. Shcherban tried to clear out a Namibian ruck with a technque that would be deemed dangerous and awful at any underage level.
Luckily nobody was injured from the ruck.
