With just six months to go before the Paralympic Games, Aisling O'Reilly spoke with some of Ireland's truly inspiring para-athletes.
She spoke with blind paratriathlete Donnacha McCarty & his first guide Dave Tilly, while guide dog Aero sat beside them.
She also spoke with Para Dressage rider Sarah Slattery, who developed a cancerous tumour in her left arm at the age of seven, which had to be removed.
