Skateboarding is one of the many new sports which has recently been added to the list of events at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Who better to speak to about it then than the 'Godfather' of skateboarding in Ireland, Clive Rowen. Clive is the owner of Skate City in Temple Bar, but his skating day date back to the 70's. We speak to Clive about the history of skateboarding in Ireland, the culture behind the sport and how he got Tony Hawk to come and perform in Dublin.
