Tommy Martin and Cliona Foley were the guests for the Sunday Paper Review on Off the Ball.
Joe Schmidt's Ireland side recorded a historic 38-3 win over South Africa at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday.
Tries from Andrew Conway, Rhys Ruddock, Rob Herring and Jacob Stockdale gave the home side a record-breaking win in a match where they dominated all the key areas against their visitors.
"I think the game plan is, the philosophy is to demoralise the opposition...I think Donal Lenihan said it in the commentary yesterday, just doing everything better than South Africa.
"All the recycling the ball, every ruck, every maul - if you play sport, you're waiting for your opponent in any field to make a mistake and that's how you get an advantage.
"Shane Horgan's line is 'I think Schmidt wants to get to a point where you exasperate the opposition by doing your basics so incredibly well. You make them punch-drunk. Look at the areas where Ireland were goosed - their kicking game, their kick-chase was really good'...they were giving the opposition no way in is what I guess what he is saying there."
