Watch - Wednesday's #OTBAM - Irish Rugby Leaks, Beating the Dubs, Irish Football, Tight-Five, Sonia's Training

Wednesday's #OTBAM is live from 7:45am.

It'll be Ger Gilroy and Eoin Sheahan in studio this morning as we cast an eye over GAA, rugby and the Irish company making enormous strides in the world of sports science.

With the National Football League entering it's final weekend of group games, we'll be taking a look at the faltering Dubs, Tyrone's late flourish, Kerry's slight wobble and more.

Ahead of Ireland's opening European Qualifier against Gibraltar this weekend, we'll be assessing Mick McCarthy's selections so far and what we may expect from his Ireland side over the coming months. Also, we'll be taking a look at the issues engulfing John Delaney.

We'll be talking to Brian Moore, chief executive of Orreco on this morning's #OTBAM. Providing a fascinating insight into the work his company does to optimise the performances of elite level athletes, Brian will share stories of working alongside the likes of Irish Olympic medalist, Sonia O'Sullivan.

Neil Treacy will be back in the studio this morning for the Tight-Five. After a disappointing weekend for Irish rugby, Neil will be breaking down some of the intricacies of Ireland's play, and the problems Joe Schmidt may look to address.

Darren Cleary will join the lads in studio for a run through the morning's sports news shortly after 8:30am.

For all that and more, be sure to tune into Wednesday's #OTBAM via Periscope, YouTube, Facebook or OfftheBall.com at 7:45am!
