If you're thinking about personality, Roy Keane and N'Golo Kante might be the biggest opposites in world football.
When it comes to the style of player and mindset on the football pitch, however, they're very similar, according to former Republic of Ireland captain Kenny Cunningham.
Kante has been moved into a more orthodox midfielder role in recent years for Chelsea, and Cunningham said he adapts to whatever the team needs from him, just like Roy Keane did at Manchester United.
"He has just kind of disciplined himself to play that role.", Cunningham told Off The Ball.
"Roy was a bit like that, I thought. Roy forged his reputation at Nottingham Forest as a box-to-box. [He got] goals and assists."
"Even at Manchester United he had a bit like that, but at a point, he was asked to play a different role and he had to discipline himself to do that."
With players like Paul Scholes, David Beckham and Ryan Giggs playing in the famous 4-4-2 at United, Keane was often left with the defensive duties in midfield, and as a result was seen as a 'breaker-upper' as opposed to a playmaking midfielder.
This is where Cunningham sees the biggest comparison between the two players. Self sacrifice for the good of the team.
"That was probably down to Roy himself appreciating, looking at Scholes and the make-up of the rest of the team and saying 'this is the role I have to play."
"This was what was best for the team. It wasn't about him going and getting his quota of the goals or assists. That's smart. You're sacrificing yourself for the team"
"That's what Kante did at Leicester. If you look at that Leicester team, the two centre-halves in Morgan and Huth, they're not the quickest are they?"
"I'd like to think Kante saw that and thought to himself, 'I can't leave these two'"
