'Wolves and West Ham are Liverpool's best chance of winning the title' - Kenny Cunningham

Kenny Cunningham dissects the remainder of the Premier League title race.

Former Ireland captain Kenny Cunningham joined The Football Show to discuss the Premier League title race.

Liverpool are on 82 points after 34 games. Manchester City are on 83 points after 34 games.

Both sides have four remaining but while Manchester City are in great form and have the advantage, they have some obstacles to overcome. Kenny Cunningham joined Joe Molloy on The Football Show to look at each team's remaining schedule in the Premier League.

Liverpool play Tottenham at home, Wolves at home, Aston Villa away and Southampton away.

Manchester City play Newcastle and Aston Villa at home. Both games should be relatively easily won. But they face West Ham United and Wolves on the road. Both teams face Wolves and Aston Villa, but with inverted locations. Liverpool travel to Aston Villa, which is arguably an easier assignment than travelling to Wolves this season.

Aston Villa are 13th in the league on 40 points. Wolves are eighth in the league on 49 points. More importantly, Cunningham believes that Wolves are a well-organized team that are capable of hitting good teams on counter attacks. That's the only way to beat Manchester City if you can't dominate possession.

"Leeds are still a bit too loose, wouldn't have enough," Cunningham said about Manchester City's most recent fixture.

"I've felt for a while, for City it's West Ham away and Wolves away [that are the most important games in the title race]. I know Wolves gave up a few goals the other day against Brighton and I was a bit critical of them. But generally speaking, defensively they're solid with their back five and their screen in front.

"They can hurt you on counter attacks. They've got real speed and dynamism in that speed. Podence up top. Neto in particular can really get at you on the counter.

"They're the two games for me that City need to be right at it."

"It's going to take years" - David Meyler on Manchester United's rebuild
