It's fair to say that Tyrrell Hatton did not seem to enjoy his second round of the Open Championship at Royal St. George's.
The 10th-ranked player in the world is well-known for his fiery on-course demeanor and it was fully evident again on Friday.
Firstly, after making a double bogey on the 11th hole, Hatton could be heard saying, “That was absolutely f---ing bollocks.”

Then on the final hole, likely needing a birdie to play the weekend, Hatton was so frustrated with his poor approach shot that he stamped on his wedge, snapping off the neck.

Tyrrell Hatton signed for a second round of 70 and looks set to miss the cut.
The Englishman has now missed more cuts (12) than he has top-10s (five) in his major career.
“That was a load of frustration built up,” Hatton said post-round.
“This is a tough one to take. I knew I needed to hit that shot in close. It’s massively disappointing. I just can’t bring my game at the Open.
Indeed, a two over par total leaves Hatton on the verge of six missed cuts from nine appearances in the world’s oldest major.
“This one is definitely tough to take because the support has been amazing,” he said.
“I’m not one of the popular guys so I’m not used to having that kind of reception on the 1st tee. I’m disappointed that I’m not going to be here this weekend.”
