Vincent comes into French team for Six Nations showdown with Ireland

France Head Coach Fabien Galthié has made one change to his starting 15 for Saturday's Six Nations clash with Ireland in Paris.

Arthur Vincent comes into the centre to partner Virimi Vakatawa so Gaël Fickou moves to the wing in the absence of the injured Teddy Thomas.

Montpellier centre Vincent made his international debut from the bench in France’s win over England in February, before starting the following three games against Italy, Wales and Scotland.

Galthié has kept faith with the rest of the players from last week's Test win over Wales.

La Rochelle’s back-three star Arthur Retiere could make his debut from the bench.

Bernard le Roux has been cleared to play after a disciplinary committee ruled that an alleged act of foul play he committed against Wales wasn’t deemed a red card offence.

To win the Six Nations, France will need to beat Ireland and either better England’s result against Italy from earlier in the day or match it and overhaul Eddie Jones’s side on points difference.

Ireland Head Coach Andy Farrell named his team on Wednesday with Robbie Henshaw coming in for the injured Garry Ringrose.

That is the only change from last week's win over Italy for Ireland, who know a bonus-point win this weekend will guarantee the title.
