OTB AM SPORTS ROUND-UP | Caught out by the teacher, Poch's demands & Leinster's fears

This morning's round-up was reminded of an egregious wrongdoing from their schooldays this morning. Bear with us while we labour this analogy into the ground.

Picture the scene: French oral exams in fourth year, and the teacher is across the way trying to officiate an exam, leaving the lunatics to run the asylum. People are shouting, swearing, punching each other - a family wedding without the booze. Aforementioned teacher tears back across the corridor just in time to see this correspondent launching a French dictionary across the room and - now in slow motion - the tome hits a lad on the head, and then flies out of the open window.

Called out, the teacher then gave a bollocking more designed as 'tell the others what you saw here' as 'to end all bollockings'. Cue the feeling of fuming indignation of a man rightly called out for acting the clown, but raging that the raucous circus next door is still in full swing.

We got there in the end.

Well, one might feel that Jimmy Corcoran is feeling similar this morning. Point all the fingers that you want, but the rules are rules and a couple more steps then Jimmy could have tapped the taker on the shoulder.

We discuss the controversy around last night's penalties in this morning's OTB AM, found above. We also have Kevin Walsh to discuss Galway, and Michael Darragh McAuley to talk through Dublin and why the GAA is behind the curve.

You can tune into OTB AM weekdays from 7:45 on Facebook, YouTube and Periscope. Below are this morning's headlines and the picks from offtheball.com over the last 24 hours.
