Dublin's Con O'Callaghan came in for special praise at the weekend on Off the Ball's Saturday Panel.
Ciaran Lyng, Mickey Burke, Conor McManus and Eamonn Callaghan joined Nathan Murphy to talk International Rules, GAA pre-season, hip injuries and Dublin's dominance in football.
Lyng came up against O'Callaghan earlier this year and asked about his experience of playing against the Dubliner, he said: "Yeah, we lost to Cuala in the Leinster semi-final in the club championship. Yeah, a different class you know - seems like a quiet enough decent fella as well. There's no big show about him or anything but on the field he's like nothing I've played against.

"He's the best goal threat I've seen - every time he gets the ball, he's looking to take on his man and in the second half, we were eight or nine points down, and our players were dropping two and three yards off him and the speed was just scary.
"He was burning fast players on the outside and getting in at goal and even getting in there, they're not always shots - he knows everyone is coming trying to [get him]...you saw it in the Leinster club championship, they're trying to come in and leave contact on him, like, do a bit of damage and he's offloading the ball to the next man and they score. He seems like a proper team player as well," he added.
Given that O'Callaghan plays for the Dublin footballers and not the hurlers, Lyng is hoping the lure of playing for Pat Gilroy might see the Cuala man change codes - along with some of the other Dublin footballers as well...
