In an up and down season for Manchester United, the form of Paul Pogba in midfield has been under much scrutiny.
Man United legend Bryan Robson knows more than a thing or two about the role and as Carling launched their Play On A Premier League Pitch competition, the ex-England international joined Joe in studio and also gave his take on what he makes of Pogba's performances and what he feels the France midfielder can improve on.
"He's on there a lot and he's laughing and joking," said Robson of Pogba's social media activity.
"He likes to be in that limelight, coming across that he's a laid back character and he's jovial and he wants a bit of banter with the fans.
"For me though, it's a little bit too much. You need to win. It's not a game so that's where somebody like myself, Roy Keane and Graeme Souness, those sorts of people, a Gary Neville when he's commentating, we understood that the hardened pros that we were brought up with, this isn't a game by the way, this is our living and we need to win."
He feels that will only require a "small change" for Pogba and that he needs to get that mentality from Robson's era "into his character".
But Robson feels criticism of Pogba's understanding of the game are not accurate.
"I think he actually understands the game well, Paul. People will try and kick him but he'll take it and he'll still go back and want the ball and he has got fantastic ability," he said.
