There’s a stacked weekend of live sporting action, so we have compiled a quickfire guide, so you don’t miss a second.

From the Lions first warmup game to the beginning of the Euros knockout phase and GAA, there’s plenty of action to keep you busy throughout the weekend.

Friday

Irishman Niall Kearney is an early leader in the weekend's European Tour golf, with Louis Oosthuizen and Martin Kaymer also in action at the  BMW International Open in Munich, live on Sky Sports Golf from 11 am.

Stateside on the PGA Tour, Brooks Koepka, Bryson DeChambeasu and other stars battle it out in the Travellers Championship, live on Sky Sports Golf from 8 pm.

There’s plenty of SSE Airtricity League of Ireland action on the LOITV streaming service, with Dundalk vs Derry and Waterford taking on top of the table St. Patrick’s Athletic, both at 7.45 pm. Later on, at 8 pm, Finn Harps take on Longford Town and second place Shamrock Rovers take on Drogheda United in Tallaght.

There’s live MMA action with Bellator: 261 on Virgin Media Sport from 11.30 pm. Tim Johnson vs Valentin Moldavsky headlines the event for the newly-instated interim heavyweight championship.

In Game 2 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals, former MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Milwaukee Bucks host Trae Young’s Atlanta Hawks. Watch the action live on Sky Sports Main Event and Arena at 1.30 am Sunday morning.

Saturday

The British and Irish Lions warmup game is the highlight of Saturday, with the Lions taking on Japan at Murrayfield. You can follow the much-anticipated return of the Lions with live commentary on Off The Ball.

Devin Toner and Niamh Briggs will be on co-commentary alongside Neil Treacy to talk you through all the action. Buildup and commentary will be available on Newstalk, the OTB Sports App or the OTB social channels. You can also watch live on Virgin Media Two for the 3 pm kick-off.

The Euro 2020 knockout phases kick off with Wales taking on Denmark at 5 pm, followed by Italy vs Austria at 8 pm. Both games will be live on RTE 2.

There’s plenty of GAA action throughout Saturday. The Munster Football Quarter Final clash of Limerick and Waterford will be streamed live on GAAGO at 3 pm, with Kerry vs Clare live on Sky Arena at 7 pm. The Connacht Football Quarter Final between Sligo and Mayo will be live on Sky Arena at 4.30 pm.

The Leinster Hurling Quarter Finals of Dublin vs Antrim (3 pm) and Laois vs Wexford (6 pm) will be streamed live on the GAAGO service.

In the Lidl Ladies National Football League Finals, TG4 will show the Division 2 clash of Kerry vs Meath at 5 pm, followed by the Division 1 final of Cork vs Dublin at 7.30 pm.

In SSE Airtricity League of Ireland action on LOITV, Sligo Rovers take on the resurgent Bohemians at 7.45 pm.

Fight fans are in for a treat with UFC Fight Night: Gane v Volkov live on BT Sports 2 from 9 pm, as well as boxing action as Vasyl Lomachenko takes on Masayoshi Nakatani on Sky Sports Main Event and Action from 3 am Sunday morning.

If you can’t wait until Sunday to get your football fix, there’s MLS action between Sporting Kansas City and Los Angeles FC live on Sky Sports Mix and Football from 10.30 pm.

There’s more NBA action as Devin Booker and Chris Paul takes on Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. Suns @ Clippers in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals is live on Sky Sports Mix, and Arena at 2 am Sunday morning.

Sunday

The knockout phase of Euro 2020 continues with the Netherlands taking on the Czech Republic at 5 pm, followed by the heavyweight clash of Belgium vs Portugal. Both games are live on RTE 2.

In GAA action, there’s the Ulster Football First Round tie of Down vs Donegal at 1 pm, followed by the Munster Hurling Quarter Final between Waterford and Clare at 3 pm. Both games will be shown live on RTE 1.

GAAGO will stream the Leinster Football First Round ties of Offally vs Louth (1.30 pm); Wicklow vs Wexford (3 pm), and Carlow vs Longford (4.30 pm)

If you can’t wait until Monday to get your football feed, there’s MLS action with Atlanta United taking on New York Red Bulls at 8.30 pm live on Sky Sports Football.
