"Something will have to change" - Barcelona boss Quique Setién

Quique Setién admits his time as Barcelona manager is probably over following their humiliating 8-2 defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-finals.

Phillipe Coutinho and Thomas Muller scored two goals each and Ivan Perisic, Joshua Kimmach and Robert Robert Lewandowski and Serge Gnbary were also on target as the German champions ran riot in Lisbon.

"I don't now whether I will continue or not," Setien said on Spanish TV after the game. "This does not depend on me.

"There must be reflection, taking into account the situation, and this defeat for Barcelona which has been so humiliating.

“There is enormous frustration for sure, and decisions have to be made thinking of the future.

"Barca is such a big club, this will do big damage, and something will have to change for sure.

The truth is it is a defeat tremendously painful. That final scoreline maybe too harsh, but for they deserved their goals.

"My team was overrun. We started very well, but the decisiveness of Bayern in many areas overcame us.”

Veteran Barcelona defender Gerard Pique also feels that dramatic change is now required at Camp Nou.

"Nobody is untouchable, last of all me. Fresh blood will be needed to change this.

"We have hit rock bottom now. We all need to look and reflect and see what is the best for Barca, which is the most important."

Bayern now await the winner of tomorrow's match between Manchester City and Lyon in the semis.
