Luis Suarez often appears in the headlines for the wrong reasons (he seems particularly fond of biting people) but last weekend, his softer side was captured on camera while he was back in Uruguay.
The gesture took place in Solymar, in the city of Canelones, where Suarez turned up at a football pitch to join in as a number of young kids were playing a game of football.
Given that the former Liverpool player has become a global superstar since joining Barcelona, and is the most reconisable member of the Uruguayan national team, it's safe to assume there was a great deal of excitement when he took to the pitch.

Although he played out of position (in goal), it would still have been a dream come true for many of them to kick a ball about with their hero.
