A former Kilkenny minor hurler last night scored during Southampton's 2-1 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford to help dump the home side out of the FA Youth Cup.
Thomas O'Connor was on hand to pull his side back into the game, before William Smallbone notched the winner for the Saints.
The 17-year-old picked up the ball on the left wing before carrying it into the box. Some neat footwork allowed him to cut the ball back inside onto his right foot before curling in the equaliser.
They are worth watching again!

Smallbone completed the comeback late on with his effort from just outside the box.
"I cut in and it was just instinct to hit it with my right, which I don’t do very often, but luckily it went in," he told the club's official website after the game.
O'Connor played his hurling for Kilkenny club Tullogher-Rosbercon, before signing a two-year deal with the club earlier this year.
