Transfer Talk: Pogba deal to be completed in the next 48 hours

Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba is expected to become the most expensive player in the history of football, before the end of the week.

The France star is 48 hours away from rejoining Manchester United, according to The Guardian. The 23-year-old left Old Trafford in 2012, to join Juventus. He only made three first appearances for the-then Alex Ferguson-managed team.

Despite reports of Pogba's impending move to Old Trafford, the Daily Express claim that Real Madrid are preparing to hijack the Frenchman's move to Manchester.

Real manager Zinedine Zidane has said that his side would be interested in signing the midfielder. "I don’t know if he will come. Until August 31st anything can happen."

World Cup-winner Fernando Llorente looks set for a move to Swansea City. The Spanish striker only joined Sevilla last season from Juventus, but looks set to leave the Europa League winners.

The signing of Llorente, which IUSport claim is almost complete would prove to be a coup for manager Francesco Guidolin. The 31-year-old has also been getting interest from Real Sociedad and Sporting Lisbon.

One player that could be potentially joining Llorente at Swansea is Leonardo Ulloa, claim The Sun. The Argentina striker was part of the Leicester team that won the Premier League last season.

If Ulloa were to move to Wales, he would cost Swansea around €11.8million. He scored six Premier League goals last season as Leicester won the title.

Everton look set to lose John Stones to Manchester City. The Daily Mail claim that Pep Guardiola's €60million bid for the England international will be accepted later this week.
