The Meath-native suffered life-altering injuries when he was the victim of an assault outside of Anfield ahead of Liverpool's Champions League tie with Roma last April.
After the attack, Seán spent five weeks in a specialist neurological unit in Liverpool, before being transferred by air ambulance to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin.
Seán is now in the care of the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dun Laoghaire, where he continues to receive round the clock treatment.
Tickets for the 7.45pm kick off at the Aviva are available on Ticketmaster.

Kenny Dalglish will manage the Liverpool side, while Mick McCarthy will take charge of the Irish team.
Coleman's message
Speaking to Off The Ball last Sunday, Ireland captain Seamus Coleman discussed his involvement with the fundraising efforts:
"It is [close to my heart] I wanted to do something for an Irish man who I pictured leaving Dublin airport that morning, excited to go to a football game like all people do, and to think that something like that can happen just touched a spot.

"I wanted to help, and then at the training ground in Dublin I met the mother and the son and I wanted to do something.
"Sometimes, putting your name to things is not for personal recognition, it is to raise awareness for the cause and I think I did that.
"Now, with this game coming up, it will be great if people can get behind it because, from speaking to his wife, they are going to need some funding for his care.
"It should never happen. I think that Liverpool, as a club, have rallied around them brilliantly, and I hope that the game goes great."
