Spanish prosecutors want Barcelona forward Neymar to be sent to prison for two years and fined just under €10 million over his allegedly fraudulent transfer to the club.
Brazilian firm DIS, which previously owned 40 percent of Neymar's transfer rights, claims it didn't receive enough money from his move from Santos in 2013.
It accuses Barca of hiding the true transfer fee.
Prosecutors are also seeking custodial sentences for Neymar's father and the former president of FC Barcelona, Sandro Rosell.
In the latter case, they are seeking a five-year prison sentence for Rosell, who was president of the club when the Neymar deal took place.
But they want charges dropped against current Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu, who replaced Rosell after the latter's resignation in 2014.
