It is two-and-a-half weeks since Seamus Coleman broke his right leg against Wales.
The Republic of Ireland captain has yet to return to Liverpool as he continues his recuperation, around family and friends in his native Donegal.
Coleman will be expected to return to Everton's training facilities in the coming weeks, to continue his rehabilitation programme, that will hopefully see a return to the field in the final months of 2017.
Everton are not in action until Saturday, and manager Ronald Koeman, club captain Phil Jagielka and other members of the backroom team travelled to Donegal to meet the defender and check up on him.
With a protective boot on his right leg, Coleman understandably remains on crutches as he hopes to return to club and international football as soon as possible.
He will not play again this season due to the severity of the injury, but much is Coleman's status in the club, Koeman and Jagielka travelled to the north-west to check in on the defender.
It's also brilliant to see Coleman with a smile on his face, after what was such a horrific injury.
