Paris Saint-Germain have sacked their manager Thomas Tuchel.
The news comes despite them only being a point off the the top of the Ligue 1 table, having beaten Strasbourg 4-0 at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday night.
They also finished top of their Champions League group, ahead of RB Leipzig and Manchester United, with four wins from six games.
The 47-year-old German coach, who arrived in the French capital from Borussia Dortmund in 2017, was contracted until the end of the current campaign, having signed an extension to his deal last May.
He has won back-to-back league titles as well as the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue in 2020.

Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino is being lined up take over from Tuchel.
It's believed Pochettino has already spoken to PSG chiefs about succeeding Tuchel.
He had been heavily linked with the Manchester United and Real Madrid roles, should Ole Gunnar Solskjær or Zinedine Zidane be sacked.
