Manchester United ran out convincing winners in a pre-season friendly against Everton at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
The final fixture before Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team commence their Premier League campaign against Leeds United next weekend, a strong starting XI was selected to face Everton.
Demonstrating their superiority over Rafa Benitez's team, United went one goal up within 10 minutes through Mason Greenwood. That being said, the youngster was gifted his opportunity through a less than convincing Jordan Pickford in the Everton goal.

It didn't take 10 minutes for United to double their lead as Harry Maguire rose highest from a corner taken by Luke Shaw and hit home a convincing header.

Up next, it was the turn of Bruno Fernandes. The Portuguese hit home a magnificent free-kick to give United a 3-0 lead before half-time.
