Manchester City talisman, Ruben Dias has won the Premier League Player of the Season award for his commanding performances in his first season in England that saw City reclaim the Premier League title.
Dias was central to City's dominant campaign that saw the champions go on a 21-game unbeaten run across all competitions that included 15 consecutive wins in the league.
Costing City roughly £65 million during the summer, Dias formed a formidable partnership with John Stones, helping the England international reestablish himself in Pep Guardiola's side after his career at the Etihad seemed to have stalled in recent years.
Dias, who claimed the Football Writers' Association award in May, won the Premier League award at the expense of Tottenham striker, Harry Kane and City teammate, Kevin de Bruyne.
Phil Foden picked up the Young Player of the Season award after a sparkling campaign that saw the Englishman progress from impact sub to guaranteed starter under Guardiola.
Foden's technical ability has long been lauded but his performances for City during this campaign were exceptional, so good that he is a strong contender to get a starting berth for England for the European Championships.
The 21-year old found the net nine times in the Premier League this season and also contributed five assists as City swept away all other challengers to lift the title.
Rounding off the City clean sweep of individual awards, Guardiola picked up the Manager of the Season award for the third time since arriving in Manchester.
The Catalan has now won the Premier League three times and despite the fact that City once again failed to lift the Champions League, losing 1-0 to Chelsea last weekend, it has still been another extremely successful season in England for Guardiola.
