The 2020 League of Ireland season has been extended after recent matches were postponed as a result of COVID-19 outbreaks at league clubs.
Premier Division fixtures featuring St Patrick's Athletic and First Division games involving Galway United have had to be delayed due to cases of Covid-19 in both squads.
The National League Executive Committee have now ratified the decision to push back the full final round of games in both divisions "for competition integrity purposes, with all fixtures scheduled for the same time and date".
The Premier Division season will now conclude on Sunday, November 8 whilst the First Division season will now finish on Tuesday, October 27.
