Put down all the newspapers, turn off your radio - the only sports news that you need to know this morning is that Kevin Kilbane is confirmed as a contestant on Dancing on Ice 2020.
Yes, you read that correctly. We feel like we've been holding him back from his calling for too long.

Kevin joined us on OTB AM this morning, to confirm that he will join ITV's flagship tea-time show. But he is looking to get in better shape before the show kicks off in January.
"I'm not fit enough, that is the problem. I was having a chat with Nathan about it the other day, and the first thing he said was 'You need to get in the gym right now'"
So, Nathan Murphy can take partial credit for Kev's march to reality TV glory. But it is another Irish stalwart that has transfixed the nation, as Maura Higgins from Love Island will be competing in the show as well.
"That's the biggest Irish story. She is a Longford girl - as you know, my mum is from Longford so we've got something in common already!"
Maura has a lot to be worried about, as Kev looks to colonise the Merseyside and football vote in a bid for glory.
"I haven't thought about tactics yet. I'll maybe get the sympathy vote once I get on the ice.
"This has happened very quickly, in the last week or so. I have to get my skates on, if you'll excuse the pun."
We won't.
"There will be a bit that will be UK-based and a bit over here as well. There are no real ice rinks around here.
"The one in Dundrum comes in around Christmas time. The last time I was on a rink was around two years ago, with my daughters.
"I can go forward, and I can stop myself on the side of the ice rink - that is the extent of my ability."
Watch out ITV, Killa's gunning for glory on the ice.
