Former Aston Villa and England defender Joleon Lescott's had his contract mutually terminated by AEK Athens after just three months.
He joined the club on a two-year deal in the summer following his release by Villa.
Lescott counts Manchester City, Wolves and Everton amongst his other old teams.
While his stay was brief in Greece in terms of time spent there, his impact was also minimal when it comes to games played.

The 34-year-old just made four appearances for AEK but suffered a knee injury in October after the 3-0 defeat to rivals Olympiakos.
With his contract now terminated by mutual consent, he leaves with AEK fifth in the Greek table, two points behind second placed Athens rivals Panathanaikos and nine behind runaway leaders Olympiakos.
