The Premier League game between Brighton and Manchester United back in September was an absolute doozy for the bizarre nature of it more than anything else.
Brighton hit the woodwork five times, then equalised in stoppage time through Solly March before United were awarded a penalty by VAR after the referee blew his full time whistle. Bruno Fernandes scored from the spot and the Red Devils smashed and grabbed a 3-2 win.
Watching the game convinced me Brighton could play and after wins over Southampton and Newcastle, they should have enough to be safe at the expense of Newcastle United or Fulham.
One could see that Liverpool needed the international break before the game against Arsenal and that may be the case for United after the disappointing FA Cup defeat to Leicester.
The Red Devils have only lost once at home in the top flight since November - to Sheffield United - and they have won seven of their last ten games.
An unbeaten Premier League streak of nine matches should be enough for United to see off a Seagulls side that finds it difficult to score.
The best work Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has done as United manager to date was signing Portuguese playmaker Bruno Fernandes.
He has top scored for the club with 16 Premier League goals this season.
He's also scored three times in two games against Brighton.
If United are to prevail, Fernandes should be there or thereabouts to find the net.
Football recommendation: Bruno Fernandes to score at any time against Brighton in the Premier League at Old Trafford - 6/4
Good luck!
