James McClean remains Ireland's major injury concern ahead of Saturday's World Cup qualifier with Austria.
The West Brom winger did train. However, it was a session on his own as he looks to shrug off a back injury.
But he had sat out training on Tuesday, prior to today's return.
McClean scored twice in Ireland's last qualifier, a 3-1 win in Moldova.
In more positive news, John O'Shea did train with the rest of the squad today.
Martin O'Neill has had to contend with a host of injuries in the build-up to the match in Vienna.
Shane Long, Daryl Murphy, Cryus Christie and James McCarthy are among those ruled out.
