In Pictures: Derry City and Cork City fail to gain advantage in chasing down Dundalk

Second-placed Derry City missed the chance to close the gap on Dundalk at the top of the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division.

They finished 0-0 with third-placed Cork City at the Brandywell tonight.

Bohemians had late goals from Kurtis Byrne and Stephen Best to thank for a dramatic 3-2 win over Sligo Rovers at Dalymount Park.

Meawhile, Mark Timlin helped St Patrick's Athletic to a 1-0 win at Longford Town and Shamrock Rovers won 3-1 against Wexford Youths with goals from Gary McCabe, Brandon Miele and Sean Boyd.
