Leicester manager Nigel Pearson is trying to make sure his players don't become distracted by speculation ahead of tonight's Premier League game at Arsenal.
The 51-year-old won't comment on reports from Sunday that he'd been sacked - a claim denied by the Foxes later that same evening.
Pearson says the constant media coverage around his future is unwanted.
"We are currently bottom of the league," he said. "There is speculation. Sometimes stories like this break.
"For me, I have to continue to lead the players. In an ideal world I'd rather the story not be out there, but it's out there and I have to deal with it."
Ah Nigel Pearson is blaming MOTD for making a mountain out of a molehill. We'd best be careful in future, the fella can look after himself.
