The fixture list hasn't been kind to Neil McDonald.
The former Blackpool and Carlisle United manager, who was this week appointed as Limerick FC boss, faces champions Dundalk in his first game in charge of the club.
It could be worse. They could be facing the wrath of Cork City instead. John Caulfield's side remain unbeaten in the Premier Division, despite dropping points away to Galway United last weekend.
This week, they welcome Drogheda United to Turner's Cross on Friday night and can extend their lead at the top to 15 points with a win.
Bohemians have slipped into the relegation zone after last week's defeat to rivals Shamrock Rovers and could slip further into the mire as they travel to Bray Wanderers this weekend. Harry Kenny's side are one point clear of Dundalk in second position.
After their good result last week, Galway United host fellow strugglers Finn Harps in a bottom of the table clash at Eamonn Deacy Park.
St Patrick's Athletic can move three points clear of the relegation zone with victory over Sligo Rovers at Richmond Park.
Elsewhere, Shamrock Rovers can climb into the top four with a win away to Derry City.

This week, Joe Gamble spoke to Newstalk's SSE Airtricity League Podcast in the wake of Martin O'Neill's squad announcement for upcoming international games in June.
The former Cork City man told Oisin Langan and Daniel Kelly he wasn't surprised by Sean Maguire's omission.
"Being realistic, [Maguire] probably needs to be looking at playing at a higher level if he wants to be named among a squad of 35 on a regular basis," he said.
Elsewhere, Mick Cooke expressed his bemusement at the decision.
"He's playing with a football club that are playing in European football, on the back of two seasons where they were runners up in the league. They've won the cup," he said.
On this week's Team 33, Raf Diallo spoke to Michael Clavin regarding his new book 'No Hunger in Paradise'. You can listen to the full interview below.
