Reports emerged on Monday that AFC Wimbledon are considering Chelsea women's manager Emma Hayes to become the first female manager of a senior men's side.
The Daily Express report that Hayes, who has been in charge at the Blues since 2012, is on the shortlist to replace Glyn Hodges at Plough Lane.
Hodges lost his job at the Dons after a 2-0 defeat to Milton Keynes left them in 22nd position with 22 points after 25 games.
Hayes has been a big success at Chelsea, winning two League and FA Cup doubles since taking the job.
Other contenders for the role at Wimbledon reportedly include former Cardiff City manager Neil Harris.
