David Luiz's post-match interview against Manchester City captured the essence of the man that is still loved at Chelsea, according to Pat Nevin.
Luiz has come in for criticism since the restart of Premier League play due to poor performances, but his superb performance in securing an FA Cup final place has exorcised some of those demons.
"I know that personality, what he is like, and the effect that he can have on dressing rooms," Nevin says of a man he knows well from his time working with Chelsea TV.
"He is that Christian loving kind of guy; there is a real Christianity in there and it is about the love of everyone and helping everyone. That's him.
"It is not affected, it is no act where he is [saying] 'I have found the Lord' and it is a scam. He is the kind of guy that has that love in him for everyone else. He does things for the love of things.
"When you know what he is like, that he is just a ball of fun but clever as well - when everyone else is seeing the daft guy with the bushy hair who must be stupid, you just go: 'Why can't you see?'"

"Most people in the public eye get that, some just get it more extreme. You have a public persona and people think a certain way of you, and it is not you.
"Particularly, if you don't do a lot of interviews or English is not your first language. But talk to people that worked with David.
"It is always a good idea to speak to people who work with someone, you can ask bosses but talk to the people they work with, and you will get a really good view of people's personalities.
"He is so deeply loved at Chelsea still, that it is not a fluke. They deeply adore that guy."
