Chelsea have secured the Premier League title this evening, following a 1-0 victory over West Brom.
Substitute Michy Batshuayi hit the decisive goal with just eight minutes of normal time remaining in the tie, to ensure his side would collect the Premier League trophy for the fifth time.
West Brom could have stolen the lead in the second period, with both Nacer Chadli and Salomon Rondon both failing to convert from their chances.
Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta was the provider for Batshuayi's goal, sending the ball across the face of West Brom's goal for the Belgian to apply the tap-in.
After Spurs slipped up against West Ham, Chelsea needed just two wins from their remaining ties to settle the League.
And after recording a comprehensive 3-0 win over Middlesbrough on Monday, they completed the mission at the Hawthorns tonight.

Not a huge Chelsea fan, but enormous respect for Conte. Incredibly driven, loyal and intelligent man.

Chelsea celebrations still rightly going on. But at the other end, Salomon Rondon spent a good 10 mins on his own, posing for pictures.
