Daniel Harris believes Manchester United's Ole Gunnar Solksjaer's subtle changes have been key to his 100% record since taking the helm at the Lancashire club.
Manchester United scored two second-half goals at St. James Park to see off a determined Newcastle United side.
The result topped off a fantastic start for Solksjaer as his United side made it four wins from four games.
Harris says Solksjaer's positivity and willingness to let his players express themselves has been the major difference since he took the reigns.
"It's extremely funny that he's come in and changed everything by doing probably very little - by speaking to people nicely, by being positive and allowing players to express themselves,' said Harris.
The Guardian's Harris joined Thursday's OTB AM.
Harris believes the former 1998 Champion's League winner is the exact opposite to former United boss Jose Mourinho.
"In a lot of ways he's the exact way repudiation of everything Mourinho thinks about football, and everything that Mourinho stands for in life.
The similarities Solksjaer has with Sir Alec Ferguson are key are for Harris. Ferguson managed the Norwegian during his time at Old Trafford.
Harris says Molde's Solksjaer conducts himself in a very similar manner to the Scots man.
"He's very similar to what Alex Ferguson thinks and the way that he behaves. I mean he sounds so much like Fergie so much of the time when he speaks. Obviously a bit less fearful, and he is a bit less scary than Fergie.
The philosophy of Manchester United is also upheld by Solksjaer, something Harris believes is key to having a happy locker room, so player's can express themselves on the pitch.
"He thinks football should be a fast game, played by happy people - and you should always look to go forward.
