Champions League Round-Up: Riyad Mahrez maintains Leicester's perfect start, Tottenham held in Germany

Riyad Mahrez kept Leicester City's 100% record intact this evening at the King Power Stadium, with the Premier League champions running out 1-0 winners over FC Copenhagen.

Claudio Ranieri's side shuffled their pack following a comprehensive 3-0 defeat to Chelsea on Saturday afternoon at Stamford Bridge.

The Danish side represented Leicester's nearest rivals in Group G, having picked up four points from their opening two games. However, the Foxes looked impressive on the night and a first-half header from the Algerian was enough to keep them top of the group on nine points.

Tottenham had Hugo Lloris to thank as they drew 0-0 against Bayer Leverkusen in Germany this evening. The French goalkeeper produced a fine stop in the second half, saving a ball on the line and video technology confirmed he had correctly kept it from crossing the whitewash.

Elsewhere in that group CSKA Moscow and Monaco drew 1-1, a second half strike from Bernardo Silva earning them a share of the points.

In Group F, Borussia Dortmund conceded top spot despite a 2-1 win away to Sporting Lisbon.  Goals from Julian Weigl and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang were enough to see them past last year's Primeira Liga runners-up.

Real Madrid were comfortable winners over Legia Warsaw this evening, they put five goals past the Polish side to run out 5-1 winners at the Bernabeu.

Samir Nasri maintained his good form with Sevilla as he scored the the winner during a 1-0 win at Dinamo Zagreb.

Meanwhile, Lyon missed a penalty from Alexandre Lacazette and Mario Lemina was dismissed for Juventus as the Italian side ran out 1-0 winners in France.

Former Chelsea player Juan Cuadrado scored the only goal of the game.
