Antoine Griezmann has moved to dismiss rumours linking him with a move to Manchester United, claiming that the speculation is 'unfounded.'
The Atletico Madrid star has been heavily linked with a transfer to the Premier League side, with a number of reports indicating that personal terms have already been agreed.
After winning the Europa League title during the week against Ajax, Griezmann would be assured of Champions League football next season if he were to agree to a deal.
The Mirror reports that the Spanish side have a €100 million release clause for the French player, but given United's competitive spending power, Mourinho is likely to have the budget for this purchase.
Griezmann however, has denied all links with a potential move to Old Trafford. He took to Twitter on Friday night to clarify that he has no intention of leaving the Spanish club.
Toutes les rumeurs sont infondées, je suis toujours Colchonero. Mon orientation sera etablie apres discussion avec mon Conseiller Sportif

The general translation of his Tweet reads:
"All the rumors are unfounded, I'm always Colchonero (Atletico Madrid). My direction will be established after discussion with my sports consultant."
26-year-old Griezmann scored 26 goals in 53 appearances for Atletico last season.
