Swansea's terrible run in the Premier League has sent them looking for their third manager of the season in the form of Paul Clement.
While he steps in to take over the club and hopefully help them steer clear of the drop, it seems that club legend Alan Curtis is being shown the door.
The interim manager, who joined the club when he was just 17-years-old, has apparently been told that he will be relieved of his duties and, according to The Independent, was informed of the news via text message.
Swansea managed to come back from the brink of more dropped points earlier this week in their game against Crystal Palace, claiming a 2-1 victory after Wilfried Zaha's 83rd minute goal appeared to have given Sam Allardyce's side a share of the spoils. However, with Curtis in charge on the sidelines and Clement watching on, Angel Rangel popped up with a late winner to seal the win.
Swansea have stated that there has been no decision made on the final coaching lineup, and that Curtis was told to take some time off while Clement decides on his staff. Swansea have also confirmed that "whatever happens," Curtis will have a role with the club in the future.

However, fans have been quick to call for the club to make a gesture to Curtis, who has managed the team in an interim capacity a number of times over the last few years, as well as spending his a huge amount of his time as a player and coach there.
