Birmingham City have appointed Aitor Karanka as their new head coach.
The 46-year old replaces Pep Clotet, who was allowed leave at the end of the Championship season.
Karanka becomes Birmingham's sixth different boss in three and a half years.
The St. Andrew's job is Karanka's third in English football, following spells at Middlesbrough and Nottingham Forest.
Despite leading Forest to seventh place and four-points from the playoff places, Karanka requested to leave the City Ground in January 2019.
The Spaniard faces a big job at Birmingham. The Blues finished 20th in the Championship in 2019-20, and just two-points clear of the drop zone.
