Paul Oppermann is a former-Olympian who is one of the directors of the Dublin Sports Clinic - he's focused on running for today's Off The Couch.
Having worked with Scottish Rugby, Glasgow Warriors, the Irish Women’s7’s rugby team and inter-county GAA players - he's prepared some activation exercises and a special challenge.
There are plenty of people running and jogging to stay fit during the current disruption to our daily routines. Paul starts with a comprehensive activation routine to help us all to stay safe while getting active.
Then he's outlined the 'Bronco Test' - a series of shuttle runs favoured by rugby teams to measure fitness and to stay active.
It was first developed in New Zealand and has been a favourite of the All Blacks.
