The latest "viral" craze doing the rounds on social media at the moment is the "Mannequin Challenge".
It's a video trend where people remain frozen in place in the midst of some action while the camera zooms past them.
Plenty of sports teams have given it a go.
Former Ireland captain Paul O'Connell has also got involved too as Sky Sports revealed, teaming up with Canadian Jamie Cudmore in the commentary box for the Ireland versus Canada game at Aviva Stadium.
They got creative as well as they relived an infamous punch-up when they were wearing the colours of Munster and Clermont respectively.
